Boarding and Grooming

Boarding

Need a safe and comfortable place for your pet to stay while you are out of town or unable to look after them? We can help you with that!

We pride ourselves in keeping our kennels clean and hazard free so that your pet can enjoy his/her stay. Pets that reside with us will be walked at least twice daily in our large back yard. If any issues arise, a doctor will be informed and she will contact you if necessary with any treatment plans or updates.

We have small, medium, and large kennels as well as runs for large breed or multiple pets. There is no additional charge for medicating your pets (if they are currently receiving a treatment of some kind) and you are welcome to bring their own food and treats. If you don't bring their food, we will feed them a Science Diet adult formula while here.

You are welcome to bring machine washable bedding for your pets; there is a chance we will need to clean this if they become soiled or covered in fur.

We do require that pets are up to date on their core vaccines (Rabies, DCP, Bordetella for Dogs; Rabies, FVRCP for Cats). If they are not, we can easily give them the required vaccinations on drop-off.

To the right, you can see some images of our boarding facility and back yard.

Fees are as follows:

  • Cat- $12/night
  • Dog (S/M Kennel)- $15/night
  • Dog (Large Kennel or Run)- $18/night

Scheduling boarding ahead of time is recommended, especially during holidays. If you would like to fill out the Boarding Admission Form before arrival to make your drop-off visit faster, feel free to do so!

Grooming

We want our patients to have access to regular grooming, so our groomer, Jess, takes appointments Monday through Friday. We normally ask that you drop your pet off early in the morning (before 9 AM if possible). When you drop your pet off, you may meet with the and tell her exactly how you would like your pet's coat cut. If you will not have the time to speak with her, please fill out the Grooming Information Form prior to your drop off. Since grooming can take quite a while and some pets take a very long time to dry after bathing, we ask that you expect to pick them up between 4-5 PM. Please let us know if you need to pick your pet up before this time.

In addition to professional grooming, we offer a variety of other spa services. Below are the normal fees for these services. In some instances, pets need mild sedation for Jess to groom them properly. If this is the case with your pet, we will call and ask permission before giving any sedation.
